Back the Badge USA donated medical bags to ALL 97 law enforcement vehicles in Wilson County Texas. They had no such equipment before the donation. Now, they can use this medical equipment to intervene and save lives.
Medical / Trauma Bags
We provide paramedic-grade medical bags to first responders nation wide. The bags include compression bandages, a trauma kit and blood stopper bandages.
Community Events
Our Community Outreach events aim to connect citizens with local police and first response team by sponsoring free family friendly events with food, fun, music, games, and prizes.
BTBUSA Scholarship Outreach
Back the Badge U.S.A. honors police and first responders who have made the ultimate sacrifice while serving our communities. We keep their memories alive by awarding scholarships to deserving dependents wishing to further their education.

Above: US Navy SEAL Derrick Van Orden (ret) as Keynote Speaker at our August 2021 Medical Bag donation in Lacrosse, Wisconsin. After his speech, Derrick handed out medical bags to representatives of 10 different police departments and a volunteer fire department. At this event, Back the Badge USA was able to provide a total of 40 medical bags to various police and fire departments in Wisconsin and Minnesota.
